NYC REACH Training: Revenue Cycle Management

NYC REACH members are invited to participate in a training opportunity designed to teach the fundamental principles of all evaluation and management (E/M) coding. This training is for entry and mid-level billing and coding staff seeking to better understand the complexity of selecting the most appropriate level of E/M service in order to maximize revenue.
This training will:

Help learners better understand how to identify the three key components of E/M service

Show how each contributing component plays a key role in E/M level selection

Understand the differences between the 1995 and 1997 documentation guidelines

Use interactive exercises to show various coding scenarios in primary care and specialty care
